Have peace of mind with your Tufting Machine by adding 1-year service warranty to your machine order. Your Tufting Machine must be purchased from us and starts when you receive your Tufting Machine. 

Most repairs can be performed within 3 - 10 business days + shipping time.

Prior to sending your Tufting Machine to us, please contact support@tufttheworld.com for shipping instructions.

Domestic (USA) Warranty Includes:

• The cost of the quick repair fee, parts, and shipping.

International Warranty Includes:

• The cost of the quick repair fee, parts, and return shipping for the first repair. 
• Shipping cost is not included in the warranty after the first repair.
